Al Falah Academies – Abu Dhabi
In 2023, Gulf Education was engaged to lead the full-scale recruitment process for the Al Falah Academies in Abu Dhabi, supporting their rapid expansion and ensuring full operational readiness ahead of the academic year. Within a compressed four-month window, our team successfully recruited nearly 300 education professionals, including senior leadership, middle management, and a complete team of classroom teachers across all subjects and grade levels. This large-scale hiring initiative involved a coordinated global and local recruitment strategy, rigorous screening and interview processes, and streamlined onboarding to ensure all staff were trained, mobilized, and ready for a successful school launch.
In addition to recruitment, Gulf Education delivered end-to-end support across key operational areas. We oversaw the furniture fit-out of more than 400 staff accommodation apartments, ensuring comfortable, functional living spaces were ready ahead of staff arrivals. We also supported the design and development of the school’s website and implemented efficient enrollment procedures to manage student admissions smoothly. To ensure academic readiness, we provided curriculum-aligned learning resources and book supplies across all classrooms. This project reflects Gulf Education’s capacity to manage high-scale, multi-dimensional school support operations under tight deadlines—positioning us as a trusted partner in the UAE’s education sector.
